What we deliver
We deliver prepared, ready-to-eat food cooked in our own kitchen. Because the food is perishable and cooked to order, we deliver only within our local delivery areas. We do not ship food to other cities or states, and we do not deliver internationally.

Delivery hours
We deliver during our opening hours: 24 hours delivery night charges extra . Orders can be placed up to closing time. We don’t take scheduled orders online yet; for a fixed delivery time, use the party order form or call us.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive in about 35 minutes from the time they are confirmed (after payment for online orders). The time shown for your area is an estimate. Heavy rain, festivals, traffic and the dinner rush can add 10–15 minutes. If there’s a longer delay, we’ll call you.
Delivery charges
The standard delivery charge is ₹20 per order; some areas have a different charge, shown above. Delivery is free on orders above ₹499 (after discounts). The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
At your door
Our rider will call you on arrival. Your food comes in a bag closed with a tamper-proof seal — please check it before accepting. If you want a contactless drop, add a note at checkout and we’ll leave the bag at your door or gate and let you know.
If we can’t deliver
Please make sure the address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the order. If the rider can’t find the address or reach you after calling and waiting at least 10 minutes, the order is returned and can’t be refunded, because it was cooked fresh for you. If we can’t deliver because of a problem on our side, you get a full refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tracking your order
After you order you get a status page showing when the kitchen accepts, cooks and sends out your food. You can open it again any time from Track your order using your order number and phone.
